Lush R&B Hair Moisturiser

Lush R&B Hair Moisturiser

The Lush R&B Hair Moisturiser can also be known as my saviour this summer so far. The R&B stands for Revive and Balance, which was exactly what my hair needed after years of heat application. With the summer heat hitting hard (a few weeks ago anyways), I was desperately after a product to help.

The hot, humid weather was starting to take its toll, and blow-drying and straightening/curling was out of the question. I was desperate to find a way of taming the hair, and keeping the frizz under control. As somebody with thick, naturally curly hair, this isn’t always the most simple of tasks.

As a lover of all (vegan) things Lush, I actually originally bought this product for somebody else as a present, but after hearing good feedback, I decided try it for myself.

Lush R&B Hair Moisturiser 2

Labelled as a hair moisturiser, with its rich, hydrating ingredients, this leave-in conditioner has been designed to help damaged hair, and problematic scalps. It has been created to smooth frizz and add shine. The great thing about it is that it is recommended for all hair types, and perfect for any hair which would benefit from a bit of extra care.

It can be used on damp or dry hair. I tend to put a little through my hair when damp, and then a little bit more when dry if need be. It contains certain ingredients such as bay oil which stimulates hair growth, and also oat milk which soothes sore scalps. My scalp is one of the main reasons why I use their Soak & Float bar shampoo, and it has worked wonders for me, so when a Lush product says it helps the scalp, I believe them. The avocado and cupuacu butters keep the hair thoroughly moisturised.

Plus, on top of all that greatness, the smell is absolutely divine, which is why I like to put it on when damp, so my hair takes in the scent, leaving my hair smelling delicious for days. Click on this link to direct you to the product.

Be sure to check for the vegan label on Lush products, as not all of their products are vegan. Their products are ALL cruelty-free, but some contain animal derived ingredients. The vegan logo is easily noticeable on all their vegan products, in store and online.
