“Emerald City” Cosmetic Grade Glitter

“Emerald City” Cosmetic Grade Glitter

I am so sorry at how MIA I have been lately. I moved house in December, and then Christmas came, which then led to New Year, and seriously where an earth did January go!

I still can’t get my head around the fact that we are over halfway through February already. But onto some exciting news I have to share with you all. If you follow me on Instagram you will have seen that I recently collaborated with Stephie Warren (@thevegandoll_) and her company Dimension Nails (@dimensionnails)

I am lucky enough to be a part of her Cosmetic Grade Glitter squad, and the reason we were brought together was through our passion for beauty and our vegan lifestyles.

All the girls Stephie has collaborated with all live vegan and cruelty-free lives. That was extremely important to her as her brand is fully vegan and cruelty-free. That being said, it is as important to me too, as there is absolutely no way I would want to be part of something that wasn’t.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working together, and really feel as though I have formed a fabulous friendship through it too.

I was allocated this gorgeous green glitter of which I had to come up with a name for. I went with ‘Emerald City’ purely for the reason that I have a slight obsession with the theatre show Wicked, having seen it for the fourth time at the end of last year.

As soon as I saw the glitter, the Emerald City song popped straight into my head, “one short day in the Emerald City, one short day to have a lifetime of fun.”

Thankfully Stephie loved the name too, and that is how our Emerald City glitter was born.

These glitters are absolutely perfect to use with nail art and polish. They are of course 100% vegan and cruelty-free, certified by PETA, Leaping Bunny and Logical Harmony, they are solvent resistant, non-bleeding, and of course Cosmetic Grade, which means the pigment used in it is non-toxic. This means that the glitter does not necessarily have to be used just for nails, it can be used on skin too, so you can get as creative as you like with it.

I think we should just take a second and appreciate how amazing Stephie is at nail art. I can’t get over the talent. I need to get practicing.

Also be sure to head over to the website (dimensionnails.com) and check out the other girls nail polishes and glitters too. They are all wonderful, with such fabulous names. As the company is based in America, the nail polishes can’t be shipped to the UK yet, but you can order as many glitters as you like. I highly recommend them. They are too much fun! You will be seeing lots more from me about these glitters and the fabulous relationships I have formed through this collaboration.

Thanks Stephie for making me part of the squad. I am eternally thankful to be a part of your team.
